Even though Carvana has been around for more than a decade, it still possesses an entrepreneur mentality that's on display every day. Carvana’s values are important and have influenced the company’s decisions and culture since the very beginning. They’re ingrained into how Carvana chooses, executes, and measures its projects and develops its team. From “There Are No Sidelines” and “Stay Scrappy” to “Your Next Customer May Be Your Mom,” each is intentional and relevant to the business and collective mindset, yet also simple for everyone to understand.

Since selling its first vehicle in 2013, Carvana has had an unwavering mission to change the way people buy and sell cars. A decade later and with millions of customers and counting, Carvana’s team of dedicated individuals across the country are driving the future of automotive e-commerce, reinforcing the company’s leadership as the fastest growing used car dealer in U.S. history.

Co-founders Ernie Garcia, Benjamin Huston, and Ryan Keeton reflect on Carvana's first ten years.
